Rea Valley Network is the last youth section in Scouting, for 18-25 year old people who want to continue with the fun of Scouting as an adult.
Rea Valley District provides Scouting in the West and South West of Birmingham, covering areas in Edgbaston (incl. Ladywood & Cape Hill), Quinton, Woodgate, Harborne, Selly Oak, Northfield, Kings Norton, Frankley Beeches, Longbridge, Rednal and Rubery.
Rea Valley Network gives not only the opportunity to socialise with like minded people, but also to take part in the top awards in Scouting - the Queens Scout Award, Explorer Belt and Scouts of the World Award. Members can also sign up to complete their Duke of Edinburgh Award. You can see what's planned by clicking on the events tab. More information about these awards including how to sign up can be obtained through this link- https://www.dropbox.com/s/uksldr5ceuz9pr3/New%20members%20letter%20of%20introduction.docx?dl=0
This website is where you can organise and share your project and event ideas with all Scout Network members across the District and as wide as the rest of the UK. Use the website to join and participate in Projects and Events with Network members from both your District and across the UK. You can get involved in discussion about the programme through our Facebook Group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/1600382713608024/.
Projects and events should have a sense of purpose, elements of fun and should develop skill. Connect with other members in your Network now and get the ideas flowing.
Embrace the adventure!
