Entertainment session - A Million Hands+

Leonard Cheshire Disability residents sometimes experience social isolation, which can become more pronounced in the evenings and weekends when there are less people around.

You could get a small group of friends together to come and run an entertainment session for a day or evening at one of their services.

Entertainment session could include:

Music - band, singing.

Dancing- disco, rave, traditional dance

Games - board games, sports

Cooking - international cooking, cakes or cupcakes

Drama - put on a short play or teach some drama techniques

Gaming - video games, WII competitions

Speaking - come and talk to a group about something you're really interested in, or a recent travel

Email to tell them what you would like to do and your post code and they will link you with your nearest service
