Trouble Logging in?

The new Scout Network website is now live!!

If you're a Scout Network member (that's anyone aged 18-25 who's a part of the Movement), check your email for a login link. There are some reasons as to why you may not received your email and having trouble logging in: 

  • The Scout Network website uses information taken from Compass. Log in to Compass and check that you have a primary email address that is up to date. 
  • All members aged 18-25 are part of the UK Scout Network. Check that you have this role attached to your Compass record and if you do not then talk to your local District Scout Network Commissioner or Appointment Secretary who will be able to help you.  
  • Check your junk mail.

We have heard that some of you would like to change the email address that you log into the Scout Network website with and the email address that we send bulletins too. If this is the case please do not fill in a new request form- all you need to do is change your primary email address on Compass and within 48 hours you can begin to use your updated email address.
